Elisa Bluming is the co-founder of Grand Street Healing Project and the founder of Bluming Studio, as well as a seasoned Pilates teacher with almost three decades of experience. She began teaching in 1998 after recovering from a dance injury, a profound experience that taught her body agency and inspired her life’s work.
Her approach to teaching combines her love of movement and visual art and has often been told that this has given her x-ray vision. Elisa’s sessions move beyond instruction into embodied transformation, helping people carry the work into their daily lives. She values that her clients love her but don't need her.
In 2018, her passion for teaching, community, and collective liberation led her to co-found Grand Street Healing Project, with the vision of shifting wellness from luxury service into well-being practices that are equitable and accessible to all bodies. Elisa believes that reconnecting and rewilding the body expands our capacity to care for one another.

Diana Cirullo is the founder of Lake Nemi, a private practice centered around intuitive guidance, inner clarity, and embodied transformation. Her entry point – and the heart of her work – is the Akashic Records, a spiritual resource that changed the course of her own life and continues to guide the lives of her clients.
It was during an Akashic Records Reading that Diana first saw a clear path out of an unfulfilling 9–5 and into a life of purpose. That pivotal experience inspired her to dedicate her practice to helping others access the same level of insight, alignment, and self-trust. Through the Records, she channels guidance that reconnects clients to their truth, clears energetic and emotional blocks, and opens new pathways forward.
But the insight is just the beginning. As an Integrative Coach, Diana supports clients in translating intuitive guidance into real-world change – whether that means shifting patterns, establishing new habits, or manifesting aligned goals. She weaves in hypnotherapy when needed to facilitate transformation at the subconscious level, where lasting change truly takes root.
Diana holds certifications from the International Association for Counselors and Therapists (IACT), the Center for Integrative Hypnosis (CIH), Maha Rose, Kripalu, and more. She offers sessions virtually and in person at Grand Street Healing Project in New York City.

Neo Emotional Release (NER) is a somatic healing technique that allows suppressed and repressed emotions that are contributing to dis-ease in the body and mind to finally be expressed and transformed. It is an integrative approach that combines ancient wisdom with modern science.
At the heart of this method is unconditional human presence, expressive breathing, subconscious visualization, verbal guidance and psychosomatic bodywork. Each session is unique to the individual, and through this modality, we are able to create a safe space for clients to release and process emotions.

I specialize in working with couples and romantic partners navigating conflict as well as the emotional and psychological impacts of trauma—whether personal, generational, racial, sexual, or related to minority stress. This includes unique challenges faced by LGBTQIA+ individuals and those in non-monogamous or polyamorous relationships. These experiences can deeply affect a couple’s sense of safety, love, and connection, and my goal is to help partners heal, reconnect, and grow stronger together.
In our work, I provide a supportive and affirming space for couples to process these adversities, learn to manage conflict, and build the skills and confidence needed to have meaningful and sometimes difficult conversations—both in and outside of therapy. Together, we co-create a foundation of shared values, goals, and agreements that support long-term relationship health, especially during life’s many transitions.
My clinical foundation is rooted in providing bilingual, in-home, and community-based intensive family therapy for families with an “at risk” youth transitioning from inpatient psychiatric care, or with children ages 4–18 who have experienced domestic violence and other forms of childhood trauma.
At the heart of my work is a deep passion for empowering individuals and couples to live authentically, continue their healing journeys, and create healthier, more connected relationships.

Leah Sophinos is a Reiki Master, a NYS/National Licensed Massage Therapist and is also certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Prenatal Massage. She graduated from Pacific College in 2021 and takes an intuitive, evidenced-based approach to her work. She believes that the body has the innate ability to heal itself and this can be done in a state of relaxation. Her sessions are focused on restoring balance throughout the central nervous system by reconnecting the mind, body and spirit, all while providing pain and tension relief with massage therapy, reiki and manual lymphatic drainage.

Her decision to enroll in massage school signified a commitment to enhancing her skills and expanding her ability to support others on their own healing journeys.
Her story is a testament to the power of listening to one's inner calling and embracing change, with a deep commitment to personal growth and helping others heal.
