All About Love: Breathwork, Meditation and Community Dialogue on Love and Belonging

  • Grand Street Healing Project 105 Grand Street Brooklyn, NY, 11249 United States (map)

All About Love is a facilitated, heart-centered workshop designed to help us reconnect to ourselves and one another through breath, presence, and courageous conversation. In a world that often pulls us into isolation and urgency, this gathering offers a pause — a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and remember what it feels like to belong.

Together, we will:

Ground through guided breathwork to regulate the nervous system and open the heart

Drop into meditation to cultivate self-awareness, compassion, and inner clarity

Engage in intentional community dialogue exploring love — as practice, as choice, as resistance, and as a pathway to belonging

This workshop is not about surface-level connection. It is an invitation to gently examine the stories we carry about worthiness, safety, and community. Through guided reflection and facilitated conversation, participants will have the opportunity to speak from lived experience, listen deeply, and witness one another with care.

Whether you are navigating transition, longing for deeper connection, or seeking a space to explore love beyond romance — this experience is designed to meet you where you are.

You will leave with:

Practical tools for emotional regulation and self-connection

A renewed sense of shared humanity

Language and insight around love and belonging in your life

A deeper connection to community

*No prior meditation or breathwork experience is required. Just bring your presence and a willingness to show up as you are.

Because belonging is not something we earn — it is something we remember.
