In this Katonah Yoga–inspired workshop, we’ll move through practices that play with opposites—left and right, effort and grace, structure and surrender.
Through embodied movement, breathwork, and imaginative metaphor, we’ll use the polarities in the body to shift and expand our perspective.
Expect hands-on adjustments, connection with others, and a space to remember and recalibrate your own internal architecture.
