Hapé, a sacred shamanic snuff, serves as a powerful plant ally for grounding, meditation, and letting go. In this workshop, you'll learn the art of self-administration using a kuripe, setting intentions, and cultivating a sacred practice in a ceremonial set and setting.

Following the ceremony, we will transition to breathwork, releasing tension and unlocking the heart's potential.
