You will have a unique opportunity to learn from two masters who work together to bring various aspects of Reiki to life—you will leave feeling empowered and excited about your ability.
The Twin Attuning Method was discovered during the course of the two masters working together. Aki and Manu are Spiritual Twins who shared many lifetimes together; the energy of the two masters are intertwined during the attunement to create a deep and powerful shift of the energy bodies.
Usui Reiki Level II: Space Holding as a Spiritual & Professional Practice
This class is for each student to gain a deeper understanding of the Usui Reiki system develop the practitioner as a whole person and space holder. We will learn about the three Usui Reiki symbols—the power symbol, the mental-emotional symbol, and the distance symbol—and understand how to use them for powerful and precise healing sessions. In addition, you will learn to create a safer healing space and ways you can begin a practice without perpetuating harm, as well as energy healing and the importance of understanding multi-dimensionality.
A Reiki certification is awarded after the completion of a hands-on practice session and submission of two case studies—one in-person session and one long distance. See detailed teaching schedule below.

Aki Hirata Baker, born and raised in Japan, immigrated to the United States at the age of 18. She is a student of the earth and the cosmos, an initiated medicine woman, and a moondancer. Attuned to various energetic healing frequencies—including Usui Reiki, Earth Evolution Reiki, IET, and 13th Octave LaHoChi—she is also a master teacher of Usui Reiki, cochanneler of Earth Evolution Reiki symbols, and the founder of MINKA Brooklyn. Aki has trained under numerous teachers of ancient traditions including Naina Marballi, Suzy Meszoly, Irma StarSpirit Turtle Woman, Sergio Magaña, Rita Navarrete Perez, Tonia Gonzalez, and more.
Manu River Del Prete is an energy healing facilitator and teacher, channeler, psychic ability coach, Galactic Akashic reader, past life regression therapist, and Feng Shui and space clearing practitioner. She has devoted over three decades to exploring the boundaries of the invisible energies. Through her teaching, coaching, and comprehensive practice—from medical intuition to life alignment or shifting—Manu integrates psychic, physical, and metaphysical energies. She assists her clients to experience an awareness that they already possess, by which greater health and well-being can be achieved.
