The Class is somatic practice that calls on repetition, breath, and sound to shepherd physical, mental, and emotional openings through the body. We shake, sway, revel, and unravel through the awkward and the awesome to get to the other side. Woven through the workout are principles of contraction and expansion to release, arrive in the present, and deepen the connection to the Self.
