LEARN TO MEDITATE

(A 8 WEEK MEDITATION CLASS)

Have you ever felt like you:

  • do not have the TIME to meditate?

Perhaps you would like to:

  • find out what TYPE of meditation suits you?

  • have a STRONGER CONNECTION to the universe, your inner wise self or a guide?

  • gain CLARITY in your life?

  • learn how to create more CALM and PEACE in your life?

We will meet up every other week for a total of 8-weeks in person and virtually. In an intimate setting at Grand Street Healing Project in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York we will meet 4 times in person. Then every other week, we will also meet up 4 times virtually on Zoom in the privacy of your home.

Each time we meet, we will go over 2 different meditation types. During this 8 week period, you will discover which of the 16 different meditation types best suits you. You will also find if you are best suited to meditate in a group setting or in the privacy of your home. You will have the opportunity to experience both.

  • - further the gray matter in your brain allowing you to respond rather than react

  • - enhance your connection to yourself

  • -learn a lot about meditation

  • give yourself the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals
