This Breathwork Circle is going to be lit.

We all know that growth is rewarding, but often times it isn’t easy. It can be hard, challenging and down right messy. That’s why it’s easier to stay small, but ain’t nobody got time for that when you’re trying to make your dreams come true.

Join Energy Healer Maryam Ajayi for a potent Breathwork Circle, where we are going to go deep within ourselves by using the power of our breath to break free of outdated patterns and move through blocked energy that hinders our expansion. Set right before the Full Moon, we will then call in and cultivate grace in order for us to expand with peace and ease in order for you to release all that does not serve your expansion.

Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a journal and pen, along with an eye mask should you have one. If you feel called, you can also bring a special item such as a crystal or special token to have with you during our circle.
