The Open Studio Lab is a new kind of group class that caters to the individual, the individual body and it's individual needs. We understand that while side-by-side group classes are more affordable, each body is different and Pilates was to designed address these differences and needs. In this workshop, you will be guided through a workout using the repertoire and equipment of Joseph Pilates that starts at your own level and pace. Whether you are new to Pilates or a longtime student, this lab will ready you for our ongoing open studio hours so bring your curiosity and desire for exploration!
