This open forum workshop, hosted by Manon Chevallerau, a NYC Top Tier Postpartum Doula, will give you guidelines to your babies sleep developmental stages and offers an in depth Q & A with a goal to help you create an individual sleep plan that will lead to healthy sleep habits for the whole Family. She will discuss the basics of setting nap and night routines, breaking habits, self-soothing, feeding and sleep, safety, travel and different philosophies of sleep training that suits your baby’s age.

Newborns – 12 months (Pregnant Parents welcome)

Manon Chevallerau has been supporting new parents over 19 years, by giving them guidance with their new born developmental stages, setting routines, understand the baby’s queues, supporting with breastfeeding etc. Manon was the pioneer in Lower Manhattan with her mother and father support groups (sponsored by Tribeca Pediatrics), One of her groups became HRP Mamas support network, that now has thousands of members. Manon also lead one of the first work/life workshops for corporations, giving employees tools on how to balance their life as a new parents and being productive at their job. As mother of two, 19 and 26, Manon has created a strong network and resources in her field.
