Breath: Sensuous Intuitive Development

with Genevieve Kenneally

Genevieve invites women to gather and experience the subtle healing accessed through nourishing and expanding your sensual intuition. BREATH explores the role of sensuality in activating our intuition and nourishing our body.  You will experience sensuous breath-work, meditation, gentle movement, and gentle sacred dance whilst also discussing the different types of intuition, and how you can access your own spiritual gifts.

BREATH lives in everything we do. The motions of our day, the flow of our steps, and the subtle interactions that unfold the course of our lives. When we listen deeply to our inner wisdom, and let grace guide us, our breath becomes a natural extension of the divinity that lives within.

In this workshop we will explore  together how the breath informs our sensuous abilities as women, both perceptive and receptive. Breath nourishes our bodies and gives life to our beings. When coupled with an intuitive discernment, a woman can become the unstoppable embodiment of true nature.

This gentle workshop is an introduction to an ancient eastern style of meditation, movement, and breath-work. As a treat, we will dabble in sensuous dance - as a preliminary for the E’anna Sensuous Dance Workshops.

Genevieve’s work is gentle, subtle, and speaks directly to the female Power-Center. Her work is rooted in thousands of years of eastern wisdom, and blended in the mystical arts of sacred and sensuous dance. She believes the spirit of the air will guide home all who cultivate true and feminine grace.

Please bring water, pen & paper and blanket. You are also invited to wear a dress, or skirt. If you don't wear these items, bring a scarf to wrap around your waist for some of the exercises
